Night Shift Warehouse Manager

Charleston, SC

The IGF Night Shift Warehouse Manager is responsible for coordinating the workflow and pulling and loading accuracy of four shipping teams.

The Night Shift Warehouse Manager will be responsible for a roughly 10-hour shift and must anticipate that the job will require them to spend 60 percent of their time on the warehouse floor and 40 percent at a desk. The Night Shift Warehouse Manager must have a strong desire to design, build, and implement new workflows and have strong, language skills.

Duties/Responsibilities

The Night Shift Warehouse Manager will do the following.

1. Oversee pulling, checking, and loading processes to ensure shipment accuracy

2. Problem-solve with each team to develop and implement efficient workflows

3. Assist the shipping captains with team management, including employee scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary and corrective actions

4. Manage third-party relationships with fleet and transportation services providers

5. Work closely with the Receiving, Delivery, and Inventory Coordinators and their team members, when necessary, including participating in regular management reviews geared toward continuous process improvement

Qualifications (required)

Project management and team leadership experience
Creative and proactive work philosophy
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and variable environment
Ability to lead and work as a member of a diverse team
Forklift certified; experience with OSHA compliance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
On-call availability in in emergency situations

The Sales Representative will report to the Division Manager and will be responsible for servicing an existing sales portfolio while strategically growing the territory. Plan an effective sales targeting approach in the assigned territory to increase sales. Prospect, cold-call and regularly follow up on inbound leads and sales inquiries of new and existing business. Route Delivery Driver – Springfield, VA

Duties/Responsibilities

The Route Delivery Driver will do the following.

• Deliver product to each of the designated stops on assigned route in a timely and efficient manner and error free
• Check route paperwork prior to leaving yard
• Drive safely and follow all DOT rules and regulations, AND PERFORM PRE-TRIP INSPECTIONS
• Collect any monies due as indicated by invoice
• Complete all necessary paperwork
• Separate, sort and account for all invoices
• Verify and sign off on pick up slips
• Operate vehicle in a variety of traffic and weather conditions
• Meet or exceed minimum productivity levels established by the company
• Develop a good working knowledge of product and inventory control techniques and procedures
• Handle customer complaints properly
• Handle company equipment properly and follow written driver safety rules
• Responsible for the proper documentation and disposition for any return product
• Communicate delivery-customer issues to proper authority (sales and accounts receivable)
• Unload product safely and deliver to customer in designated space
• Work overtime if needed
• Responsible for upkeep and cleanliness of vehicles
• Other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications (required)

1 to 2 Years Route delivery experience or applicable driving background
Valid driver’s license in good standing
No DUI/DWI convictions
Able to use a hand truck and load bar
Current Department of Transportation medical card
Basic knowledge of route delivery area
Able to read and understand an invoice
Able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations.
Must pass pre-employment testing (drug screen and background check)
Must be familiar with the delivery route which he/she is assigned
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume shipping environment
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High school diploma or GED
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
