Vinegars are the base for all cold sauces and pickling, so why not get the best? We have robust high acid vinegars as well as milder finishers. We have many options in the balsamic family, an impressive group of Asian vinegars, Saba, red and white Ver Jus, and Vin Cottos. In 2019 IGF even began sourcing hand foraged, local vinegars from a Virginia producer.
